    Experiment reporting moved onto analytics data, with the experimentation vendor scoped down to assignment only.

    QuickSight sunset onto Databricks, which already held the data — one less tool and one less bill.

    An agentic workflow in place of a manual handoff of customer data to marketing tools: faster turnaround, less exposure.
